Request Your Refund Today
Thank you for your patience over the past few weeks while you've waited for information regarding a refund for the tickets that you purchased to one of our race-week events. As we mentioned in our e-mail on December 20, 2012, ticket costs for the following events will be refunded in their entirety:
- Marathon Eve Dinner
- Reserved Grandstand Seating
- Blue Line Lounge Presented by Tata Consultancy Services
- Bus to the Start (purchased at the expo)
- Track My Runner via TXT™ + Social
Customers Who Paid via Credit Card
Customers who purchased their tickets via credit card will receive a refund on the credit card used to purchase the tickets. The refund should show up on the credit card statement in four to six weeks.
Customers Who Paid via Cash or Check
Customers who purchased tickets using cash or a check will need to provide proof of purchase (i.e. receipt or ticket), sent with the information listed below. We will issue a refund via check. Please allow four to six weeks from our receipt of your correspondence.

Requests (and scans or copies of receipts/tickets) can be mailed to Ticket Refund, NYRR, 156 West 56th Street, New York, NY 10019-3800, faxed to (212) 459-2577, or e-mailed to resolution@nyrr.org. We will review all information and contact you (via e-mail) once the refund has been approved and issued.
Customers who purchased Track My Runner via TXT™ + Social will receive a refund directly from Texting Forward, the company that deploys the runner-tracking service. A credit should appear on your monthly statement in four to six weeks.
Please note: Anyone who has already disputed a charge for one of these products is not eligible for any additional refund. Please contact resolution@nyrr.org with any questions or if you need additional assistance..
